  Absolutely fantastic staff! I was served by a lovely woman named Carina who done my hair. Through out the service I was asked if I was comfortable if I would like some water and if I'd like the music changed. I was only there for a hair cut but felt as if I was being treated to a full out spar. The customer service was lovely, the theme was calming and the staff made me feel like I was at home.

  "I had the best service I've had in a long long time with the wonderful women at Resort Hair & Beauty! I rang last minute to get my hair done on a Saturday morning, they fit me in with no problems, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and were professional and talented! There was an incident with a very rude man at the salon had me totally floored with the way the lovely owner handled the situation! She backed her young apprentice and didn't stand for the rudeness from this customer. It was the first time in a long time that I've seen a manager/owner back her staff rather than the rude customer!! She handled it professionally and with great courtesy to her young, polite apprentice! All the staff were polite, friendly and bent over backwards! This is why I would come back, also cause they were terrific hairdressers! Thank you for everything. I would highly recommend!" - Danielle

  Made an appointment. I arrived early. After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time i was told they were ready to cut my hair. I raised the issue that i made an appointment and they are 30 minutes late. I was told by the owner to leave. I was not abusive only mentioned the facts. Was told they will not cut my hair now. I will never go there again. Was my first visit and my last. Would give them a zero rating if possible.

  I tried for ages to find myself a hairdresser who did a good job and charged a reasonable rate and I finally found one. I am now a 'regular' at Resort Hair and Beauty. The Manager and staff are lovely and they do a great job. It's a lovely salon and they make you a great cup of coffee
